JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain Ravenna’s high standard of quality throughout the construction process
Schedule subcontractors and vendors, order construction material, inspect materials
Review completed tasks for accuracy and quality
Comply with all Developers’ Builder Guidelines
Conduct the new home demonstration
Complete warranty work in a timely manner
Oversee all construction phases from start to completion
Maintain an overall clean and safe jobsite environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
Manage deadlines and goals and complete assignments in a timely manner

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS [required]

A minimum of 2 years of residential Construction Management experience
Driven, proven performer in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Self-starter that can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service, writing, communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism
Ability to follow blueprints, drawings and specifications
Current, valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary. Some weekend work may be required
